The Customer Data Parser uses both specific word/phrase entries and information about word/phrase sequences (token masks). Token masks are used to detect data patterns that allow the Parser to convert unknown tokens into known tokens. Most patterns are defined by default but you can add desired patterns to the Customized Definitions Table.
