This street routine inspects the last COMPLEX-TYPE token for a value of ‘COURT’. If the next line does not have a line type ‘S’ (street), the routine changes the attribute of COMPLEX-TYPE to a type.
If the entry in the word pattern table has the attribute COMPLEX-TYPE and the category code is CPLX01, it will be handled as a value of ’COURT’ would be.
In this example, there is only one line containing street information. The special routine is invoked and ‘COURT’ is recoded to a street type.
