This routine is for name patterns in the form of:
‘[TTLP] WORD WORD CTR[TTLP]WORD WORD WORD’
This routine skips over titles and checks if the second and last words are equal. If they are, it changes their attributes to SURNAME and returns a positive pattern hit.
Note:
If the second and last words are not equal, the routine acts as if it has not been invoked. Note that brackets [ ] indicate optional data.
