The expert extends the authority of the repository administrator when
issuing commands from the command line. It is required to execute some commands, such as
the define commands, and is recommended for use with all commands.
To use this command, enter it immediately after you log in to the Repository Administration Command Prompt. The command remains in effect until you exit the session.
