You can hide all or selected data rows in a List View for real entities. Hiding data rows helps you to list only those rows in which you are most interested. It also helps you reduce the List View to the essential information relevant to your inquiry.
Note: You cannot hide data rows for dynamic entities. This option is only available for
real entities.
To hide data rows in List Views
- Display a List View for the data in which you are interested.
- Highlight the rows you want to hide.
- Right-click the highlighted data and select Change View > Hide rows.
- Verify that the List View pane now shows only the data you did not want hidden.
Redisplay the Hidden Data Row
To redisplay the hidden data row
- Click
on the List View tab.
