These routines can be used to affect street pattern results.

  • STF01. This routine determines if the ambiguous route value is RD or HWY, and changes its type to a street type. If the next token (Route# or HWY#) could be a street direction, the routine will change it as well.
  • STF02. This routine determines if the right-most direction has the value of ‘NO’ followed by a number. If so, it turns the ‘NO’ into an IGNORE.
  • STF03. This street routine was created for routes with no number.
  • STF04. This street routine inspects the last COMPLEX-TYPE token for a value of ‘COURT’. If the next line does not have a line type ‘S’ (street), the routine changes the attribute of COMPLEX-TYPE to a type.
  • STF05. This street routine looks for a coordinate address construct, and if the directional letter information is attached to the numeric information, it will split the numeric information from the directional letter information
