If authentication is used, Control Center users have full or limited permission levels on a repository-to-repository basis. That means that the same user can have full access to repository A and limited access to repository B. Limited users can only view the entities they create or the entities other users give them access to view.

To grant a limited user permission to view an entity

  1. In the Control Center Navigation View, click the Entities tab on the Discover bar.
  2. Select the entity to which you want to extend access and right-click.
  3. Click Manage user access. The Manage User Access window opens.
  4. From the Add User list, select a user and click Add.
  5. Repeat Step 4 for all users who require access to this entity.
  6. Click OK.
