Every time a new generation of data is analyzed, the attributes are evaluated against a set of rules called attribute business rules (ABRs). For example, by default there is a rule that checks if an attribute is empty (null) and another that tests that the values are within a pre-defined range.

Use Time Series Analysis to determine if the quality of the attribute data is changing over time by looking at its compliance with ABRs.

To monitor attribute compliance

  1. In the Navigation View, click the Discover bar, then click the Analysis tab.
  2. Expand Time Series Analysis and then expand the project you want to review.
  3. Expand Entity Generations.
  4. Right-click the entity generation that contains the attributes you are interested in and select Drill down to attributes. The Entity Member Attributes List View opens. Note the BR Compliance % column, which contains values that show the measure of the attribute's compliance against the ABRs.
