When you create a Time Series project, you must select an automation interval. You can change these settings at any time after project creation by editing the project's details. The automation intervals can be:

  • None: When you select this option, all previously scheduled series generation jobs are canceled.
  • Hours: When you select this option, you can schedule the regeneration to run every hour, every two hours, and so on by entering the number of hours between iterations in the Every field. Set the date and time at which you want the cycle to start. Optionally, select a date to stop the automatic regeneration.
  • Days: When you select this option, you can schedule the regeneration to run daily, every other day, and so on by entering the number of days in the cycle in the Every field. Set the time of day on which you want the job to run in the At field. The first generation will run on the Starting date, which defaults to the current day.
Note: If you want the job to run immediately, enter today's date in the Starting field, and change the At time to an earlier time than it is currently.
  • Weekly: When you set this option, you can schedule the regeneration to run weekly, bi-weekly, and so on by entering the number of weeks between regenerations in the Every field. Select a weekday in the On field, a time in At field, and a starting date in the Starting field. By default, the starting date is set to correspond to the next occurrence of the weekday you selected.
Note: If you want the job to run immediately, set the starting date to the current date.
  • Monthly: When you select this option, you must specify a calendar day on which you want the job to run. The job will run on that day each month at the time specified in the At field. The Starting field defaults to the date of the next occurrence of the selected calendar day.
Note: If you select a calendar day between 29 and 31, when a month has fewer days, the Series generation runs on the last day of that month.

You can modify the automation interval for a Time Series project that has been generated from a Quality Analysis process from:
