After you have created a join project, you can do the following:

Viewing a Join Project

To open a join project

  1. In the Discover bar, open the Analysis > Join Projects folder.
  2. From the list of join projects, select the project you want to open.
  3. Right -click and select Open from the drop-down menu options.

    The join project opens in icon view.

Run a Join Project

To run a join project

  1. In the Discover bar, open the Analysis > Join Projects folder.
  2. From the list of join projects, select the project you want to run.
  3. Right -click and select Run from the drop-down menu options.

    This will schedule a job to re-run the join project in its entirety.

Edit a Join Project

To edit a join project

  1. In the Discover bar, open the Analysis > Join Projects folder.
  2. From the list of join projects, select the project you want to edit.
  3. Right -click and select Edit project details from the drop-down menu options.

    The Edit Project details page opens.

  4. In the Name text box, change the name of the project if needed.
  5. In the Description text box change the description of the project as needed.
  6. Click OK to save the changes.

Add Entity

To add an entity to a join project

  1. In the Discover bar, open the Analysis > Join Projects folder.
  2. From the list of join projects, select the project to which you want to add an entity.
  3. Right -click and select Add entity from the drop-down menu options.

    The Insert Entity into Project page opens.

  4. Select an entity from the list and click OK to join the entity to the project.

Delete a Join Project

To delete a join project

  1. In the Discover bar, open the Analysis > Join Projects folder.
  2. From the list of join projects, select the project you want to delete.
  3. Right -click and select Delete from the drop-down menu options.

    The Join Project - Confirm page opens prompting you to confirm the delete.

  4. Click OK to delete the project.
