If you have attribute values that are wider than the current resolution can display, you can open the contents of individual cells in a List View and view them in a separate windows. The window allows you to open a word definition table and add words or phrases into the word definition table.
Note: The maximum number of characters for each word or phrase is 500. If the word or
phrase exceeds 100 characters, you must increase the size of the BDP output attributes
in the Schema Editor.
To add word definitions from wide values

Open a List View of attributes in an entity.

Select the row you want to display.

Right-click and select Show wide value or click the Wide Value icon on the List View tab. The Details View window opens.

Highlight the word or phrase and click Open Word Table.

The Manage Word Definitions window opens and selected word or phrase is displayed in the Word/Phrase column.

To select the existing table, check Existing Table and select the table name from the list. To create a new table, check New Table and enter a table name.

Select or specify Category, Position, Recode and Classification.

Click Save to save the definition to the selected table.
