After the processes are run, you can remove all the actual data from the entity, leaving a skeleton entity. For example, if you have finished with a project you might want to remove the data rows from all of the entities apart from the input(s) and the final output(s) to save space.
Note the following guidelines:
- If you remove rows, then you will not be able to run the process that uses the entity until you have repopulated the entity by re-running the preceding process.
- If you create a new Quality project with an input entity whose data rows have previously been removed by using the Remove TSQ Flat Data Rows function, the flat file conversion will automatically be run on the entity in the new project so that its rows are reinstated.
