The Entity Group feature is useful in managing complex multi-country projects with a very large number of entities. It allows you to group together a set of process flow entities and transition processes in a Quality Process Flow. The result is a more manageable Quality Process Flow with fewer steps at the highest level.
Entity grouping also allows you to model related steps of a quality process flow into logical groups of functionality that can be managed as a unit. You can expand or restore the grouping as needed. You can also configure the Adjust Router Countries function to create or remove Entity Groups for all the countries in a project.
Each collection can have a number of connected entities and processes of the same country or different flows if coming from the Global Router process.
