You can select and delete fields to display in the Relationship Linker Results Analyzer view. You also have the ability to save a view of fields. If you frequently look at the same fields in a file, saving a view can save time.

To select and delete fields to display
- Select Tools > Browse More Fields or click the Browse More Fields icon (). The Browse More Fields window opens. The left section shows all available fields and the right section shows selected fields.
- Select a field in Available Fields and drag into Selected Fields. You can drag and move the field to change the location in the list. You can also select and move a field by clicking Add. Click Add All to move all fields.
- Click Show. Every field that is included in your selection will appear as a column in the viewer.
- To delete fields from the view, select fields in Selected Fields, click Remove and Show to update the display.
- To search for a field in the selected list, enter the field name in the Search text box. You can enter one or more characters to search for a field starting with that/those characters.
- To restore the default set of fields, close the Browse More Fields window and select Format > Show Standard Fields.

- Select Tools > Browse More Fields or click the Browse More Fields icon (). The Browse More Fields window opens.
- In the Select a Selected Customized View field, select the name of the view from the drop-down list. The fields will be loaded into the Selected Fields section.
- Click Show to view the stored fields.

Select Tools > Back/Forward or use the Back () and Forward () icons to display the previous or next view.
