Postal Matcher Review Codes and Groups for Asia-Pacific Countries - trillium_discovery - trillium_quality

The Postal Matchers for China, Japan (standard), Korea, and Taiwan generate review codes for each record to highlight specific conditions describing how the record was processed. Review codes are written to the pr_review_code_nn (nn=01-20) attribute. The table given below describes the individual review codes.

001	Found multiple Level 4 values in address data.
002	Postal code value changed from block number value in address line.
003	Postal code value changed from Level 4 value in address data.
004	Level 4 value created from an unknown string.
005	Invalid postal code value.
006	Postal code does not match the address/geography data.
007	More than one postal code can be valid for given address/geography data.
008	Add a number value to the Level 3.
009	Unknown token remaining after processing.
010	Unknown tokens remaining after matching front and back parts of string.
013	Level 1 value too long.
014	Level 2 value too long.
015	Level 3 value too long.
016	Level 4 value too long.
017	Postal code value too long.
018	Building number value too long.
019	House display value too long.
020	Building number display too long.
021	Apartment number display too long.
022	Building name too long.
023	Area name too long.
024	Added a number to Level 3.
025	Original Address too long.
026	Entrance number display too long.
027	PO Box too long.
029	General postcode is used. If the program cannot find a specific postcode match, it uses a general postcode that covers a large area.
030	Taiwan only. Three digit no match. This is used where there is new postcode, but the first three digits do not match the old three digit postcode in the address.
041	Business branch value too long.
042	Business type value too long.
043	Business name value too long.
044	No business name.
045	Business name and type too long for attribute.
051	Surname value not found in lookup table.
052	Surname value too long.
053	First (given) name value too long.
054	No surname.
055	No given name.
056	Honorific not found in table.
057	Honorific too long.
058	Unidentified token.
059	Korea only. Level switch. It is used when the program switches the level 2 and finds a match with the given level 3 and level 4.
061	Did not find Level 1 in address line.
062	Did not find Level 2 in address line.
063	Did not find Level 3 in address line.
064	Did not find Level 4 in address line.
065	Did not find Postal code in address line.
071	Did not find the Level 1 value in GAV table.
072	Did not find the Level 2 value in GAV table.
073	Did not find the Level 3 value in GAV table.
074	Did not find the Level 4 value in GAV table.

423	Found Level 3 data that is not valid for the Level 2 data but can be valid for more than one other Level 2 value. Keep the value as-is.
424	Found Level 4 data that is not valid for the Level 2 data but can be valid for more than one other Level 2 value. Keep the value as-is.
434	Found Level 4 data that is not valid for the Level 3 data but can be valid for more than one other Level 3 value. Keep the value as-is.
435	The postal code found was not valid for Level 3. Level 3 does not match the postal code.
445	The postal code found was not valid for Level 4. Level 4 does not match the postal code.
901	Recoded Level 1 geography according to a word/pattern table entry.
902	Recoded Level 2 geography according to a word/pattern table entry.
903	Recoded Level 3 geography according to a word/pattern table entry.
904	Recoded Level 4 geography according to a word/pattern table entry.
906	Recoded sub-district or area according to a word/pattern table entry.
