User Account Control (UAC) improves security by limiting software usage for those with standard user privileges. On Windows 2012 you must disable UAC for the following components to run without any issue/error:
Data Comparison Calculator
Project Rule Analyzer
Exporting projects
Postal Directory Browser
Batch Export
To disable UAC for currently logged in user
From the Windows Control Panel, open the User Account Control Settings window.
Disable UAC by moving the slider to the Never notify position.
Click OK to save your change.
