If you have hidden one or more columns in a List View and later decide you want to see them again, you can bring them back into view.
The Choose Listview Columns window contains a list of the columns you've hidden. You can select the columns you want to redisplay, and they will redisplay in the List View.
Display Hidden Columns
To display hidden columns
- Right-click a column label and select Choose Columns…. The Choose Listview Columns window opens.
- In Hidden fields, select the name of the column you want to redisplay.
- Click Show.
- Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for each hidden column you want to make visible in the List View.
- Click OK.
