Monitoring the Entity Creation Process - trillium_discovery - trillium_quality - 17.1

If you are importing a large volume of data, the entity creation (data load) process may take some time to complete, depending on the job parameters and load connection settings selected. If you choose, you can continue to work on other activities while you monitor the load progress.

To monitor the entity creation process

1. On the Home tab, click to display background tasks in a List View.
2. You can continue working in the other windows.
   • Toggle among open windows by clicking the tabs at the top of the List View.
   • Open a new window by clicking Windows on the Home tab and selecting New Window.
3. After all activities associated with the entity creation show a state of Completed, click Refresh and expand the new entity in the Navigation View (left side) to view attributes.
