You can create two types of bookmarks—public and private:
- When you create a public bookmark, the bookmark can be viewed by every repository user who has access to the object(s) that the bookmark references.
- When you create a private bookmark, you are the only person who can view and access the information in the bookmark.
Note: Before you create a bookmark, open a List View of the information you want to
bookmark. A bookmark is generated using the repository objects you select to
display.
To create a bookmark
