There are two types of bookmark access:
- Public—visible to all repository users who have access to the objects referenced by the bookmark
- Private—visible only to the repository user who created the bookmark
Different repository users have different access levels that are granted to them by the repository administrator. Your access to bookmarks depends on how an administrator defines repository access levels for your user account.
In general, you can view and manage any bookmark that you create. Otherwise, you have a restricted view of public bookmarks and can view only those that reference objects to which you have been given access by an administrator.
