You can remove data from a Time Series project by removing one or more entity generations. If an entity is not currently used in any other project, you can delete it from the project as well as the repository.
If the entity is contained in at least one other project, use the remove option to remove it from the current Time Series project only.
Guidelines:
- You can delete any entity generation in a Time Series project except the first (original) entity.
- Removing or deleting Time Series Analysis entities may affect your trending results. Before you remove a Time Series entity, ensure that you no longer need the entity metadata.
- You must have Delete privileges on the entity you want to delete.
