Filtering List Views Using Expression Builder - 17.1

Use the Expression Builder to define data filters to display List View rows that match specified criteria.

To filter List Views with the Expression Builder

1. Open a List View of row details.
2. To open the Expression Builder, do one of the following:
   • From the List View tab, click the Filter icon.
   • From the List View, right-click and select Filter.

   The Filter Listview window opens.

3. Add expression elements to the expression text field, depending on how you want the rows to be filtered; for example, to display rows where the values in the attribute Name equal John, enter: Name = "John"
4. Click Filter. The results of the filter expression display in the List View.
5. To clear the filter results, right-click in the List View and select Back.
