The Reference Matcher process generates a set of output attributes that identifies the match/suspect conditions. You can review those attributes by opening the Reference Matcher output entity in List View. The same information is displayed in the statistics file in the graphic and text versions.
- Reference match keys. The numbers that identify the match results. if a match is found, reference_level1_key is copied from the reference records to matched records at level 1 and reference_level2_key is copied from the reference records to matched records at level 2. If no match is found, a new key is generated. The reference match keys are stored in the attributes, reference_level1_key and reference _level2_key .
Note: By default, the Reference Matcher only generates reference match keys and does not
include suspect keys. If you create keys for level 1 and level 2 suspects, you can display
suspect keys (lev1_suspect and lev2_suspect_in_lev1_suspect, etc) in the output attributes
you specified.
- Reference match/Suspect patterns. User-defined pattern ID numbers that provide the reason for match/suspect results. The pattern ID are stored in the following attributes: reference_matched_lev1_pattern, reference_suspect_lev1_pattern, reference_matched_lev2_pattern, and reference_suspect_lev2_pattern. In this example, record 1, 2, and 3 matched the records at level 1 in the reference entity with the reference match keys 00000001, 2, and 3 respectively. Because record 4 had no matched record in the reference entity, a new key (99999001) was created based on the Key Generation settings.
