Trillium Software is certified by Canada Post’s Software Evaluation and Recognition Program (SERP), which means our postal matcher program meets their standards for address validation and correction. When you process your mailing lists through , you can generate a SERP form that entitles you to postal discounts from Canada Post.
Because SERP certification is only available for batch processing, Trillium Software delivers two sets of Canadian GAV tables: one that is used if you want your mailings to be SERP-certified and one that is used if you are not interested in certification or if you are processing in real-time.
The Control Center automatically uses the correct GAV tables, depending on the options you select for the Postal Matcher.
