To run the Trillium Geolocation REST Interface directly (not as a Windows Service), run
the script run-standalone.bat, which can be found in the
glrest directory of the Trillium Geolocation installation
(C:\Program Files\Trillium\Trillium Geolocation by default).
This will launch the REST Interface service.
To stop the REST Interface, end the process with Ctrl-C.
