The first two characters of the address correction result specify the current status of the address and the validation level (if the address has been validated).
The first character, which is always alphabetic, specifies the status:
L - address has been validated and formatted into address lines
C - address is in component form (standardized or validated)
R - address has been reverted as it has not reached the acceptable validation level
U - unable to standardize address
The second character, which is always numeric, specifies the validation level if the address has been validated. The higher the level, the better the validation.
The levels that can be achieved are:
0 - address has not been validated or no components validated
1 - country only validated
2 - city and country validated
3 - city, postcode / zip code and country validated
4 - street, city, postcode / zip code and country validated
5 - one or more of the following are validated: premise number, building name, sub-building, PO box and company; and all of the following are validated: street, city, postcode/zip code and country
