The JAN24 / 2024Q1 data update includes updated postal reference data tables for 100+ countries and territories and updated geocode (latitude / longitude) reference data tables for 100+ countries and territories.
This update includes changes to the suppliers of Postal Reference Data for British Virgin Islands, Cambodia, El Salvador, Eswatini, Kiribati, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lesotho, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius, Moldova, Mongolia, Montserrat, Morocco, Mozambique, Nauru, Nepal, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Niue, Norfolk Island, Pakistan, Palestine, Panama, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Viet Nam, and Wallis and Futuna, as well as the suppliers of Geocode Reference Data for British Virgin Islands, Cambodia, El Salvador, Kenya, Kiribati, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Madagascar, Maldives, Mongolia, Montserrat, Morocco, Nauru, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niue, Norfolk Island, Pakistan, Palestine, Panama, Philippines, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, South Korea (Latin and Hangul), Sri Lanka, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Viet Nam, and Wallis and Futuna. The new data includes street level coverage for Kosovo, Mauritius, and Ukraine, building names and numbers for Morocco, and postal codes for Kiribati, Nauru, and Saint Kitts and Nevis, as well as new 5-digit format postal codes for Viet Nam, which replaces the former 6-digit system. Please note that you will not automatically switch to the new tables until your license key renewal. If you would like to switch now, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
This update also includes improved geocode (latitude / longitude) coverage for Morocco. These changes include ‘address point’ coordinates where available (house / property level coordinates specific to an address rather than derived by interpolation), generally improved coverage, and the addition of building names. These changes use improved data from the existing data supplier.
