You can export rows of join analysis metadata as a .CSV file to your local system. Join analysis metadata includes analysis name, name of user who created the join, total number of joins originally discovered or created, and the number of discovered and permanent joins. You can also export metadata for some or all joins in the repository to your local system, and in certain cases, to the server.
Export join analysis results to your local system
To export join analysis results to your local system

On a joins tab, select the rows you want to export by clicking the check box, or
anywhere in the row, to highlight it. To select multiple rows, press the Ctrl
or Shift key and click the rows you want to export. To select all rows on a
page, click Select Page. To select rows on other pages, click the next button
at the bottom of the page.
The following join tabs are available to export:
- Joins
- Discovered Joins
- Permanent Joins
- Metadata: Selected Join
- xx Values and xx Rows (for example, Right Non-Matching Values and Outer-Joined Rows)

Click Export Rows and select Export Selected Rows The Export Rows
window opens.
Note:
All rows export is available for server exports only. Choosing Export All Rows exports all available rows, not just those shown in the current view.
- Enter a name for the .CSV file. Do not include any of the following invalid characters in the file name: \ / : * ? " < > |
- Click Export.

You are prompted to either open or save the file. To save the file, do one of the
following:
- Click Save. The file is exported to your browser's default download
location:
C:\Users\username\Downloads
. If there is a file with the same name in the download location, the file name will be appended with a unique number. - Click Save As to save the file to a specific location. In the Save As window, browse to the location where you want to save the file and click Save. If there is a file with the same name in the download location, you are prompted to replace the file. Click Yes to replace the file or No and then enter a unique name. Click Save.
- Click Save and Open to save the file to the default location and open the file now. If there is a file with the same name in the download location, the new file name will be appended with a unique number.
- Click Save. The file is exported to your browser's default download

Export join analysis on your local system
To export join analysis on your local system
- From the left navigation menu, click View Joins. The Find Join Analyses search results page opens showing the Show All and Filtered Search options. By default, the Show All search is active and the Join Analyses tab is populated with all join analysis jobs run in the repository.
- (Optional) Click Filtered Search to run a search using conditions to filter the list of joins you want to export. See Searching Joins for information.
- On the Join Analyses tab, select the rows to export. Click Select Page to export all rows on the current page.

(Optional) All columns in the view will be exported. To remove columns from the
view or change column positions:
- Click Column View Options > Choose columns. The Choose Columns window opens.
- Move the columns you do not want exported to the Available Columns section.
- To change the order that columns display in the view, move columns up or down in the Included Columns section.
- Click Done.
- Click Export Results > Export Selected Rows. The Export Rows window opens.
- Enter a name for the .CSV file. Do not include any of the following invalid characters in the file name: \ / : * ? " < > |

Click Export. When prompted, open the file, or do one of the
following:
- Click Save. The file is exported to your browser's default download
location:
C:\Users\username\Downloads
. If there is a file with the same name in the download location, the file name will be appended with a unique number. - Click Save As to save the file to a specific location. In the Save As window, browse to the location where you want to save the file and click Save. If there is a file with the same name in the download location, you are prompted to replace the file.
