The Administration Center is a centralized, browser-based application where TSS repository administrators manage and monitor the data repositories and data connections users of the Discovery Center need to do their work. The Administration Center also allows you to manage which users access data connections to external data sources.
Before Discovery Center users can load and profile their data, repository administrators must:
- Add data connections to external data files, at least one for each type of data source.
- Add one or more repositories where Discovery Center users will load and work with their data.
As an administrator-level user who will be adding, configuring, and managing data connections and data repositories for Discovery Center users, you should become familiar with the Discovery Center functionality. To log in to the Discovery Center, see Launching the Discovery Center.
