Each entity contains data organized in rows and attributes. Rows correspond to the rows in a table or records in a file, and attributes correspond to the columns in a table or fields in a file.
Use these procedures to open a List View of all rows and columns of data discovered for a specific entity.
To list all rows and columns for an entity from the Navigation View
- In the Navigation View, click the Discover bar, then click the Entities tab.
- Double-click the entity with which you want to work.
The Data Rows List View opens, displaying all rows and columns data.
To list all rows and columns for an entity from the Summary Data View
- Click the entity with which you want to work.
The Summary Data View for the selected entity opens. If the view does not open, click the Metadata Summaries icon on the Home tab.
- Under View Details, click Data Rows. (This link displays on each Summary Data View tab.)
