You access the Administration Center interface from a web browser. When you first access the Administration Center, the Log In page opens. You must log in to the Administration Center using a valid user ID and password. Contact your system administrator for your credentials.

Note the following guidelines:

  • The Administration Center supports Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. If you use a different browser, certain formatting elements will not display correctly and some functions will not work.
  • While working in the Administration Center, if you click your browser's refresh button, you will be taken back to the Log In page. Any unsaved changes will be lost.

To log in to the Administration Center from a web browser

  1. In your browser, enter the following URL for the Administration Center:

    https:// machine-name : port-number /admin

    Example: https://vmsmith:3000/admin

    Note: Contact your system administrator for your machine name and port number. The default port number is 3000.

    If you see the security certificate warning, click Continue to this website (not recommended).

    The Log In page opens.

  2. In the User ID and Password fields, enter your username ID and password.
  3. Click Log In. The Administration Center's Home page opens.
