The Find panel on the Home page gives you the tools to quickly locate join analyses. You run a search to return all join analyses or filter the search with conditions to refine the results.

Note: Deleted join analyses for permanent joins remain in the repository and is returned with other join search results.

To search for all join analyses

  1. On the Home page, go to the Find panel.
  2. In the Choose a category drop-down list, select Join Analyses.
    Note: This option is unavailable if there are no joins in the repository.
  3. To find all join analyses, click Find All. A results page displays showing all available analyses. To filter the results, click Filtered Search and run a search using conditions.

Run a filtered search for join analyses

To run a filtered search for join analyses

  1. On the Home page, go to the Find panel.
  2. In the Choose a category drop-down list, select Join Analyses.
    Note: This option is unavailable if there are no joins in the repository.
  3. From the filter search drop-down list, select one of the following options and enter associated criteria:
    Note: Text strings you enter are not case-sensitive.
    Options Description
    Ref In the equals field, enter the unique numeric reference ID for the analysis.
    Analysis Name In the contains field, enter part or all of the join analysis name.
    Created by In the contains field, enter the ID of the user who added discovered join analysis.
    Number of Sources

    In the equals field, enter the number of data sources used in the join analysis.

    Note: Data sources used to add a permanent join are not analyzed; if you enter a value of 1 or more, only discovered joins are returned.
    Original Joins In the equals field, enter the number of joins originally found by the join analyses.
    Discovered Joins In the equals field, enter the number of discovered joins.
    Deleted Joins

    In the equals field, enter the number of joins deleted.

    Permanent Joins

    In the equals field, enter the number of permanent joins.

    Reviewed % In the equals field, enter the percentage of joins that have been reviewed. (Reviewed joins are permanent.)
    Date Completed

    In the equals field, click the calendar icon () and choose a date the join analysis was completed.

  4. Click the Search icon (). Joins matching the search criteria are shown in a filtered results view. If the search returns no match, the message No results were found using the current filter displays.
