You can add categories and sub-categories to the current Trillium repository. There is no limit to the number of categories and sub-categories you can add. However, the category name you define must be unique.
Add rule categories
To add rule categories
- In the left navigation menu, click Rules > Manage Rule Categories. The Manage Rule Categories window opens listing all categories and sub-categories in the current repository.
- In the Category Name column, click the empty top row.

Enter the category name. If another category exists with the same name in the
repository, you will see the message:
Category name must be unique. Click OK to close the message and enter another name. - To add another category, repeat steps 2 and 3.
- Click Apply. After the changes are saved, the Manage Rule Categories window closes.

Expand the category to which you want to add the sub-category and click the
empty top row.
