When the Show All search option is active, the All Library Rules tab lists all library rules in the Trillium repository along with the metadata associated with the rules. You can export some or all of the rows in the All Library Rules tab to your local or server system as a comma-separated (.CSV) file so that you can use it in other applications for data remediation.
When you click the All Library Rules tab, you see only the default metadata columns. To show hidden columns or to customize your view by rearranging the order of columns, use the Choose Columns option.
To view all library rules metadata
- In the left navigation menu, click Library > Rules Library. The Business Rules Library opens listing all rule sets.
- Click the All Library Rules tab. By default, the Show All search is active and the tab populated with all rules in the library. Click Filtered Search to filter your view of the rules to select. The metadata for each rule is displayed. See All Library Rules Metadata.
- To customize your view, click Column View Options > Choose columns.
- To add a rule set, click Add New Rule Set and follow instructions in Adding a Rule Set.
- To edit one or more library rules, select the check boxes next to the rules and click Edit. The Edit Rules panel opens where you can modify the rule description, priority, threshold and other values.
