Information about the Service View calculation, including when it was last calculated and the outcome, can be seen on the right-hand side of the Service View display and is also included on the Service View List page.
A message 'Please reconfigure the Dashboard - too many results' in the Status field indicates that the calculation has produced too many results.
The default value for the limit on the number of results calculated is 50,000 but this can be changed using the
<add key="MaximumServiceViewResults" value="50000"/>
property in the Job Scheduler and Portal config. files.
