For application pools, record the current Identity in the Application Pools settings in IIS Manager.
If you use the built-in ApplicationPoolIdentity and created a site using the default
Portal name ‘AthenePortal’, then you must change the SQL server login within SQL Server
Management Studio. By default, the login is ‘APPPOOL\AthenePortal’ and
you must change it to ‘APPPOOL\SyncsortCapacityManagementPortal’.
