If you use Service Views, visit the support website (www.precisely.com) and locate the following Knowledge Base Article: ART-511388.
From version 10.30 to 11.10, Service left orphaned records in an interval table after each calculation. From 11.20 onwards, Service view no longer leaves these records behind in new Service View calculations. However, any existing records are not automatically cleared out after an upgrade from versions 10.30, 11.00, or 11.10.
Therefore, you must copy and run the SQL commands from KBA ART-511388 to clear out these orphaned records.
