Number of targets has exceeded the number permitted by the license file. This only applies to licensed versions of Syncsort Capacity Management. Note that all Capacity Database update stops once a license count has been exceeded

Control Center on <Capac­ityDatabase> has GUID <ControlCenterRegistry­GUID> in registry but <ControlCenterGUID> in s_ControlCenter. Stop­ping.

This is extremely unlikely to occur and we would only see it if a Capacity Database was manually edited by a user.
