Errors that can occur when attempting to read the Configuration Data - Failed to load the Configuration Data from the server or the
cached file.
- ReadConfig: No configuration data located.
- ReadConfig: Could not locate valid configuration data.
- The Config does not have a read config file path set.

This error is expected if Concentrator has been started before
Control Center. Concentrator is unable to collect the confirmation
data I needs to start working.

machine.
