Error, argument to -C must be number of seconds greater than 0.0

Meaning: invalid argument defined for the CPU seconds filter using the AcctTrimOps value

APMeXacctcom: cannot open <file_name>: <reason>

Meaning: Could not open the pacct file with name <file_name> for the reason printed

Out of memory

Meaning: The program has run out of dynamic memory, this may or may not be fatal at the point where it occurs, but will probably cause a later failure.

Dynamic memory is used to the Device Cache Table, and for Username Caching, entries in each consume about 24 bytes all in.

On that basis we estimate 50K is sufficient for a large Device Table. There would need to be very many *active* users to cause this error.
