If the ‘Ignore events that match this filter’ option is selected, matching events do not have alerts created for them.
The Filter conditions. These work off a series of fields and have many options. You can see on the right, the values from a default event. You can also include values from the ‘Additional Information’ which are detailed in Additional Information Fields from Syncsort™ Capacity Management.
Once configured events with the Source, same as defined in Event Rule Info will be filtered on these Event Rules.
The default rules we supply, filter based on the color in the ‘service_color’ field from Additional Info.
