FTP (Pull) - syncsort_capacity_management - Latest

In order to use Pull FTP, the Acquire system must be running an FTP Server. By default, most FTP servers run on TCP Port 21.

1. To discover your FTP server port, select Start: Settings: Control Panel: Administrative Tools: Internet Information Services.
2. We assume you have configured the Default FTP Site as your Acquire connection mechanism, so find this site in the IIS tree. It should be directly under <Your Acquire Host Name>\FTP Sites.
3. Right-click the Default FTP Site and select Properties. The FTP Port is displayed in the third box down.
4. Add this port to the firewall exceptions list on the Acquire host system.
