A small configuration typically consists of:
- 500 to 1000 data connections depending on a number of variable, such as data collection volume and the capture interval.
- One Capacity Database
- One machine for all the Syncsort™ Capacity Management software.
This is a typical set up for a proof of concept (PoC). If necessary, you can host the Capacity Database on the Syncsort™ Capacity Management system, but this is only recommended for very small installations.
