A large configuration typically consists of:
- 1500 to 5000 data connections depending on variables such as data collection volume and capture interval
- One Capacity Database
- Multiple Control Centers, one of which (preferably the least active) includes the Desktop Applications configured for all the Control Centers
- Dedicated Portal and Job Scheduler Machine. This machine may not be needed if the least active Control Center machine has sufficient spare capacity to include these applications.
