From a system manager account, enter the commands:
$ SET DEF (to wherever you put the PCSI file)
$ PRODUCT INSTALL /DESTINATION=SYS$SYSDEVICE:[000000] APM (or wherever you wish to install it)
If there are multiple Acquire for VMS PCSI kits in the location you specified you will see the version of each of them, and can choose the one you want to install. Generally you would install the latest version unless you have encountered issues and want to revert to a previous level.
At this point, the basic installation is complete, and ready to be tailored for your environment.
