When upgrading from some earlier versions of Syncsort™ Capacity Management, be aware that Upgrade Database may take a significant amount of time depending on the numbers of versions being skipped and the volume of data present in the database. In order to facilitate this process and make the creation of new index entries efficient it is recommended that existing indexes are regularly defragmented.
