As the installer does NOT automatically set the permissions on the share for the Control Center service account, you need to manually set it. If you plan to allow other Control Center Servers running under different user accounts to use the same Working Folder share, then you need to manually add those accounts to the share permissions.
To set the permissions, perform the following steps:
- Locate the Windows folder and right-click the share folder.
- Choose Properties and select the Sharing tab as shown in figure

- To add, edit or remove permissions for this share or to limit the number of
users accessing the share, select the Advanced Sharing option and click
on the Permissions button as shown in Syncsort
