These steps are for new Syncsort™ Capacity Management users who are installing it for the first time.

Complete the common tasks, as described in Syncsort™ Capacity Management Common Installation Requirements and Setup Procedures.

Install the Control Center and Scheduler services and Desktop Applications.

Install the License Server (if required).

Create a new Capacity Database.

Install Acquires on your target systems, and capture and collect data from them.
