Before you start the installation procedure, make sure that there exists a valid username on the target system, which the Syncsort™ Capacity Management Control Center can use to log on and collect data. This user need not be a member of the Administrators group. The installation program will give this user the necessary permissions to read and write data to the Acquire folders and the ATHENE$ share, if you choose to create one. By default, the installation program assumes that this user is called Athene, but you can supply any other valid user name.
