Every SQL Server and all of the Syncsort™ Capacity Management Software components must be on the same domain or there must be a trust relationship between the domains.
Note: If there is no trust relationship but there is a "DMZ" then Concentrator can be used to collect data and send it to a Control Center in the same domain as the Capacity Database.
